People’s experience

On the day of our inspection, we collected feedback from 4 patients. We also saw feedback that the practice had collected from 41 patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included: "West House Dental does a great job. The staff are very friendly and professional." "Very nice service from the front desk to the dentist." "All perfect!!" "Everything is very thorough, stress-free and a clear plan of action is put in place." "I would recommend everyone to book in, especially if they are nervous." Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
