People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent patient survey results from the National GP Patient Survey 2024 reported above local and national averages for patient satisfaction. 91% of the respondents rated their experience of this practice as good overall. The NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. There was an active patient participation group (PPG) who actively tried to engage people and represented the views of people using the service.
