People’s experience
We recognise the pressure that practices are currently working under, and the efforts staff are making to maintain levels of access for their patients. At the same time, our strategy makes a commitment to deliver regulation driven by people’s needs and experiences of care. At our previous inspection we found that patients could access appointments in a timely way and we received positive feedback about the care and treatment people received. At this assessment people continued to provide positive feedback about accessing the services provided by the practice and the results from the National GP Patient Survey showed the practice had achieved higher that the local and national averages in the overall experience of making an appointment. People told us the care they received was good and that they were involved in decisions about their care and treatment.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
