The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
The provider used feedback from people using the service to make improvements, such as changing the way appointments were managed to improve access. Results from the National GP Patient Survey were in line with expectations. Survey responses indicated that patients felt they were treated with care and concern, were involved and thought the practice had all the information they needed about them during the appointment. They felt they knew what the next steps would be and that their needs were met. Recent feedback from the NHS Friends and Family Test was positive with 90% of respondents reporting the service to be good or very good.
