The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
We reviewed the National GP Patient Survey published in July 2024. The results were in line with national average scores for patient satisfaction in relation to equity in access, kindness, compassion and dignity and treating people as individuals.
We also asked the practice to invite patients to share their experience of the service via the Give Feedback on Care form on the Care Quality Commission’s website. We received 7 responses, 6 of which were positive. Patients told us staff were professional, helpful, and efficient and clinical staff communicated well. We received one mixed response about a patient’s experience when contacting the practice and during a consultation.
We reviewed the information available on NHS.uk website. Since 2022 9 comments had been posted with 8 positive comments about the service provided. One comment raised concerns about the care received. The practice responded to this comment with an apology and invited the patient to contact them directly so their concerns could be addressed.
The practice had an active Patient Participation Group (PPG) which was promoted through the practice website to encourage patients to join.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
