The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People had mixed feedback about the quality of their care treatment. Recent survey results, including from the National GP Patient Survey 2025 and the service’s NHS Friends and Family Test, showed mixed responses in how satisfied people were with services. The service had an established patient participation group (PPG). Meeting minutes showed regular communication between the service and the group, with discussions covering access to appointments, patient feedback and improvements to communication channels. The service was working with the PPG to broaden membership and was actively trying to recruit younger patients to ensure the group reflects the wider practice population.
