People’s experience
Two weeks before our visit, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We did not receive any direct feedback from patients. Staff gathered feedback from patients, the public and external partners and demonstrated a commitment to acting on feedback. We reviewed online patient feedback. Patients expressed high levels of satisfaction with the overall service they received. Patients commented that staff team were ‘professional, kind, friendly and helpful’. Patients said that they would recommend the dental practice.
The provider regularly reviewed and shared patient feedback with the team and used this to make changes to help improve patients’ experiences.
