People’s experience
The National GP Patient Survey for 2024 showed that the practice was performing in line with local and national averages in areas such as patients getting to see or speak to their preferred healthcare professional when they would like to, and patients having confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to during their last GP appointment. The practice did not perform as well in areas such as patients finding it easy to get through to the GP practice by phone, and patients having enough support from local services or organisations in the last 12 months to help manage their long-term conditions or illnesses. Of the 108 patients who completed the survey, 64% of patients described their overall experience of the practice as good. Feedback from representatives from the patient participation group regarding their interactions with the practice was positive. The NHS Friends and Family Test data from the last 6 months showed that for each month over 50% of respondents rated their overall experience of the practice as good or very good, with 100% being achieved in January 2025.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
