People’s experience
As part of this inspection, we requested CQC’s ‘Give Feedback on Care’ link be shared with patients to gain feedback about the service. However, no submissions were made to CQC to be considered for this inspection. It was noted during the inspection, patients have previously shared feedback published via online reviews which stated that some people were not always satisfied with the service they received. For example, comments included patients feeling rushed. These were dated from 2025.
