People’s experience

Prior to our visit, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 14 patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “I had a fantastic experience at M20 Dental, the staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and the level of care who's beyond expectations. The clinic is kept to the highest standards…” “The entire team at this dental practice are fantastic. I was a bit nervous about having dental work done (even though it was what I wanted) but [my dentist] really put me at ease and I felt very confident with him carrying it out. Three years on the work has lasted and I am still so happy with the results. The practice is also always clean and calm. The reception and nursing team are also brilliant, everyone is very efficient and friendly.” “…This caring attitude sets the practice above and beyond what you would expect and elevates the whole dental visit experience to an extremely high standard…” “I cannot rate this dental surgery highly enough. The staff are so attentive from the moment you walk into the surgery through to the chair either in the hygienist’s or the dentist’s…” “Very professional and friendly staff. Very efficient in responding to emails and calls. High quality selling and care. Thank you.” “Excellent surgery – friendly and informative staff. Always got time to explain treatment etc.” “Quick, easy, friendly service. Highly recommend.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. “…The surgery is a delightful space, very modern and with great waiting areas and private spaces for consultations. The dental surgeries themselves modern and spacious. The practice is always immaculate with the highest levels of hygiene.” Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. “Always supportive with treatment plans and questions. Easy to make a suitable appointment. The team are knowledgeable and helpful. They use the latest technology.” Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. “The staff at M20 offer an outstanding service. The skills and care of [my dentist] are exceptional and the very best you could wish for. He is always prepared to spend time to explain procedures and options available to you before and during a consultation…” and “Always prompt to respond to requests for contact. Feel looked after and that my dental health is important to this practice. Charges clearly explained before treatment begins.” Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given.

The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
