People’s experience
Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. Between 1 May and 14 May, we received feedback from 6 patients. Comments included, ‘Professional and excellent service. Explanation of every step the dentist is going to do’ and ‘A very warm and friendly dentist who is also very competent.’
On the day of inspection, we spoke with 3 patients. Their responses and additional patient feedback we reviewed provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. One patient said, ‘A complete perfectionist. I would never have anyone else look at my teeth!’
Staff gathered feedback from patients and demonstrated a commitment to acting on feedback.
The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness.
