People’s experience
Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We reviewed patient feedback we received, and feedback routinely obtained by the practice. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patients told us staff were friendly, welcoming and approachable and that they received timely and effective care. Feedback indicated patients felt supported during appointments and valued the practice's ability to accommodate urgent appointments when required. Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness and presentation of the practice. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during appointments without feeling rushed. They also told us staff were happy to answer questions and ensure they felt comfortable throughout their visit. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make informed choices about their treatment and any associated costs and felt involved in decisions about their care. Patients said sufficient information was provided when medicines were prescribed. They also told us they were supported to maintain their oral health and were given appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed regularly and, where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
