People’s experience
Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 16 patients. On the day of our inspection, we spoke with and saw patient feedback from a further 2 patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “Very professional. I have complete confidence in the dentists here” and “I went in for Invisalign treatment. [Dentist] was very informative and professional in conducting this treatment. All in all I'd say it has been a very positive experience.” Findings from patient feedback questionnaires demonstrated that people were positive about the standards of cleanliness. One patient told us, “The entire premises is clean and tidy.” Patients responded positively that they were able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs. Furthermore, that they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Comments included, “Good clear communication in regards to appointments” and “They also help me to relax during potentially stressful situations when I am being treated.” Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. One patient told us, “Had a problem and I was seen very quickly. Staff were very friendly and I was given options of treatment.” Patients told us that when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
