People’s experience
Prior to the inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We also saw feedback the practice had received through patient satisfaction surveys and online reviews. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and the care they provide. Comments included “amazing dentist, very kind and clear with what she’s doing”, “always very polite and patient”, “staff are professional and friendly, very helpful”. Patientscommented positively about the standards of cleanliness and said appointments ran to time.Patients feedback that staff were caring and supportive and they would recommend the practice to friends and family. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
