Comments included, “Excellent facilities, helpful personnel and great dentists” and “My dentist is a hero of a man always looks after my wellbeing and really cares.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. We were told “I was delighted to get a same day appointment” and “Thorough and reassuring, always very efficient and friendly.” Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. We were told “Excellent hygienists, staff are amazing, excellent service.” The practice shared patient feedback with the team. The practice provided a compliments book where patients could add any comments they had about the practice. We noted this had been populated with wholly positive comments and pictures from patients and their families. Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
