The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

The practice had clear information on our Give Feedback on Care (GFC) process on their website, Facebook page, and around the practice. We reviewed people’s feedback from GFC, Healthwatch Suffolk and from people we spoke with during the onsite visit. Feedback was positive regarding helpful and friendly staff, the clinical care and treatment provided and access to appointments. Results from the NHS Friends and Family Test from April 2024 to March 2025 showed 86% of people rated their overall experience of the service as good or very good. The National GP Patient Survey, published in July 2025, showed people were satisfied with the access and experience provided by the service. We spoke with representatives from 2 care homes. Overall feedback was positive, particularly in relation to access, care and treatment received, staff knowledge and their kind and caring approach.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
