People’s experience
We reviewed feedback received from people sent directly to the Commission, the results of the practice patient surveys and the national GP patient survey. People reported difficulties contacting the practice over the telephone. However, their overall experience with the service was positive and were complimentary regarding staff conduct and responsiveness.
