The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
As part of our assessment, we reviewed feedback from people who used the service to understand their views and experience of the service. This included feedback from people using the service at the time of our assessment and reviewing other feedback available to us. People were very positive about the quality of their care and treatment. They described how staff treated them with kindness and compassion and respected their privacy. This was mirrored in the results of recent surveys, including the 2026 National GP Patient Survey, which showed the practice performed very well in the outcome for overall patient satisfaction. There was an active patient participation group (PPG). The group were kept informed of changes, able to represent the views of people using the service and were encouraged to help in practice initiatives when appropriate. The practice also organised health related educational talks for PPG members, but open to all patients. The PPG representative described how leaders made positive changes because of feedback.
