People’s experience

Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 16 patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included: “Brilliant looked after granddaughter really well”, “Been in for my 6-month check and, as always, had a great experience. Friendly and Professional, making sure I'm comfortable throughout the appointment”, “Very good experience. Clearly told me what's good and gave me advice on what to do next”, “The reception team always give me a friendly welcome, the dentist always gives me all the advice I need and a great service”, “As most people do not like going to the dentist the staff and technicians and dentists make u feel so relaxed 5*. It's a calm and friendly environment and always listen to patients views and work together for the best results.” The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.

Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
