People’s experience
Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. On the day of inspection, we spoke with 1 patient. The provider had undertaken a patient survey that they shared with us. This showed a high level of satisfaction with the service, and praised staff.
Their response and additional patient feedback we reviewed provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. We did not receive any feedback from patients through our Give feedback on care system.
The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
Staff gathered feedback from patients, the public and external partners and demonstrated a commitment to acting on feedback.
The patient we spoke with commented positively about the standards of cleanliness.
