What CQC reported
The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. We received 12 positive feedback from experience of care online forms from the patients who used the service. People were happy about the care the service delivery at this location. However, the National GP Patient Survey 2026 showed that people did not always have a positive experience. Unfortunately, we were unable to speak to the patient participation group (PPG) representative. Feedback from the survey conducted by the local Healthwatch located in Hounslow and shared with the CQC showed that the patients had both positive and negative experience of care.
