People’s experience
Two weeks before our assessment, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. On the day of the assessment, we saw patient feedback from 4 patients. Of the 4 patients that responded, all patients would recommend the surgery to family or a friend. Prior to the assessment, 12 patient comments were received. All of the views expressed by patients were positive. Comments stated staff were professional, courteous and helpful, that the practice was clean and well presented, and that treatment options and costs were explained well. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken. Staff gathered feedback from patients, the public and external partners and demonstrated a commitment to acting on feedback. Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness.
