People’s experience
During the onsite visit to the practice, the people we spoke with were positive about their care and treatment. They fed back positively about their ability to access appointments and using the new online booking process. People told us the staff at reception supported them to book an appointment on their behalf if they visited or telephoned the practice. The most recent National GP Patient Survey results published in July 2025 showed people were satisfied with their experience at the practice. The practice patient participation group (PPG) described how leaders were always willing to listen to patient concerns and ideas. The PPG told us they had helped during flu clinics and during discussions with the local commissioning board to increase the consulting room space. We spoke with representatives from the residential homes that were provided with a GP service by the practice. Their overall feedback was positive, and they told us the practice worked with them to meet the needs of their residents.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
