People’s experience
The practice had systems in place to gather patient feedback. Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We did not receive any direct patient feedback. On the day of our inspection, we reviewed patient feedback collected by the practice, as well as online feedback. Overall, this feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and the care provided by the practice. Where patients raised concerns or made suggestions, we were told this was reviewed and that appropriate action would be taken where appropriate. We saw feedback scores from February and March 2026. Of the 66 patients who responded, 61 were either extremely likely or likely to recommend the practice to family and friends. Patients praised the practice for appointment access and efficiency, saying, “Appointment on time and received advice on toothpaste etc.,” and “Friendly receptionist got an emergency appointment within hours of initial call.” Those who may feel anxious or require reassurance felt supported, with comments like, “I tend to have problems with large fillings in my teeth and can always rely on good care. I'm a nervous patient,” and “Always asks if you’re ok whilst having treatment.” Communication and explanation of treatment were also highlighted: “In depth discussion about treatment plan. Thorough descaling and cleaning” and “Reasons for each stage of examination described clearly by both dentist hygienist which would be very helpful for someone who was nervous of their visit.” Comments about the cleanliness and environment were positive: “Friendly professional staff, always polite, clean hygienic surgery.” Staff professionalism and support were consistently noted with remarks such as, “Excellent professional friendly staff,” and “The staff are always polite.” The practice shared patient feedback with the team.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
