Prior to our visit, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 17 patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “I had a really great experience here. I got hygiene and fillings done… The treatment itself went smoothly and I’m very happy with the results. I’d definitely recommend this dental surgery to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming place” “I visited the practice about a month ago for hygiene treatment and fillings, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The team was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The treatments were done gently and thoroughly, and everything was clearly explained. They were involved in decisions about their care. “…The [clinician] explained everything in detail without using medical jargon prior to starting the procedure. He kept checking on my comfort during the procedure and gave a detailed post-procedure advice. All throughout, good level of hygiene was maintained by the [clinician] and their attendant. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.” Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources.
