People’s experience
We looked at feedback from patients. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Patients described and gave examples of staff being caring, responsive and knowledgeable. People praised staff as being excellent at their job, having behaved kindly towards them, and as diligent in carrying out their tasks. This indicated that a caring, helpful and listening culture was embedded.
