Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, "Professional staff who make you feel welcome and valued." "Welcoming, friendly helpful staff." "One patient told us that had an emergency appointment of the day they enquired and had their problem resolved “it was such a relief”". "It doesn’t matter which member of the team you encounter; they are all lovely, warm and friendly." "PMA Dental Care is extremely well run, very professional knowledgeable staff". Another patient commented, “the practice is brilliant for children, they love coming to their appointments. They had everything explained to them in a way they understood". Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
