The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People were positive about the service. Survey results from the National GP Patient Survey (2025) showed that 85% of respondents described their overall experience of the service positively compared to 75% nationally. As part of this assessment, we received 45 comments from people using the service, 43 of which were positive about the service. People described the reception team as helpful and the clinicians as caring and professional. The service had an active patient participation group (PPG) which represented the views of people using the service. The service also collected and analysed feedback through the NHS Friends and Family Test. Most people (83%) who had submitted these feedback forms over the previous 12 months said they would recommend the service to friends and family.
