People’s experience
Two weeks before our visit, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We did not receive any direct patient feedback. We reviewed online patient feedback. Patients expressed high levels of satisfaction with the treatment they received. Comments included: ‘Reassuring and friendly staff’, ‘Staff put me at my ease and explained everything in detail, ‘Experienced staff’, ‘and ‘Amazing staff and treatment’. Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness.
Patients were satisfied with the standards of dental treatments they received and they would recommend the practice. At the time of our assessment, the patients were able to book appointments when needed. Patients said they had confidence in the dental team.
Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs.
Patients felt they were involved in decisions about their care and had the opportunity to discuss this with their dentist.
Patients said that they were supported to maintain their oral health.
Patients commented that they felt they were treated with respect and dignity.
Staff demonstrated a commitment to acting on feedback. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
