People’s experience

Two weeks before our onsite assessment, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 15 patients. On the day of our assessment, we obtained the views of a further 5 patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the orthodontic team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, the environment is clean and tidy, and the service is patient and courteous. Price is reasonable. It is a trustworthy clinic. Good communication, nice facilities, responsive to concerns. They give time and space for you to decide and act on the information. They have many contact options and are responsive. Great service and result from treatment. Efficient, friendly, and transparent dealing with patients. They have done a good job of correcting our son's teeth. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed.

Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. One patient told us that their treatment was flexible, was reviewed, and adjusted as needed. Costs were clear and upfront with no hidden extras.

The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.

Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
