The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
People were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from a recent patient survey questionnaire and the NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. Due to the nature of the service the provider did not have an active patient participation group (PPG). Overall experience from the patient survey questionnaires showed an overall experience of the service as positive (88.7%).
