What CQC reported

The service is not performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.

People’s experience

People gave mixed opinions about the quality of their care and treatment. Recent survey results, including from NHS Friends and Family Test, showed people were satisfied with services. The service collected patient experience feedback through the Friends and Family Test (FFT), sent automatically via SMS following patient contact. While responses were anonymous and could not be actioned individually, aggregated themes were reviewed internally and were included within monthly reporting to the Integrated Care Board and Clinical Governance Meetings. Over the previous 12 months, feedback had been predominantly positive, particularly in relation to staff professionalism, communication, clinical explanations and the kindness and reassurance provided by clinicians and nursing staff. Negative feedback mainly related to waiting times, communication at reception, and situations where patients’ expectations exceeded the scope of the service (e.g. blood tests).

GP Patient Survey 2026

What registered patients reported

Practice-level results will appear when an ODS match is available.

No 2026 practice-level survey result is matched to this record yet. This can happen for non-GP services, closed or newly registered practices, or records without a matching NHS organisation code.

Survey percentages are weighted official statistics and describe the people who responded; they are not a Check My GP score or ranking. Results based on small numbers may be suppressed by the survey publisher.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
