What CQC reported

The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

People’s experience

We did not speak directly with people using the service during the inspection. However, the evidence we reviewed, including online feedback, thank you messages and follow up communication, showed that people were positive about the quality of their care and treatment. Comments indicated that people felt listened to, treated with respect and involved in decisions about their care. Although the service was only open on certain days, the evidence showed that people were able to book appointments that suited their needs and that staff communicated clearly about availability. Feedback also highlighted that people valued the unhurried consultations and the clear explanations provided by clinicians. We saw that the service routinely reviewed feedback and used it to make improvements. This included changes to appointment scheduling and the development of a sensory room for children who found waiting areas difficult. Evidence showed that leaders considered suggestions and used them to support the ongoing development of the service.

GP Patient Survey 2026

What registered patients reported

Practice-level results will appear when an ODS match is available.

No 2026 practice-level survey result is matched to this record yet. This can happen for non-GP services, closed or newly registered practices, or records without a matching NHS organisation code.

Survey percentages are weighted official statistics and describe the people who responded; they are not a Check My GP score or ranking. Results based on small numbers may be suppressed by the survey publisher.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.

Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
