People’s experience

Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We did not receive any direct patient feedback. On the day of our inspection, we saw patient feedback gathered by the practice. Of the 8 patients that responded in August 2025, all stated they would recommend the practice to friends and family. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “Without a doubt the best dental practice I've been to, friendly professional care”, “Very professional very pleased with my treatment I've also recommended you to my family friends”, “Thorough and considerate”, “Prompt, efficient, friendly.” We reviewed online feedback, which generally provided a positive view of the practice. We also discussed patient feedback following the practice’s decision to stop offering NHS care. The leadership team confirmed they were aware of the concerns at the time and had responded by directing those patients to contact the practice directly. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were informed that the feedback was reviewed, and if suggestions were made, for example, ‘Visit good, pleasant, friendly staff. It would be helpful if the waiting area had at least one higher chair with arms for patients with mobility problems,’ these suggestions would be reviewed and if appropriate, action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
