People’s experience
Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice; we saw feedback the practice received through patient satisfaction surveys and online reviews. Feedback showed that staff were welcoming, informative, professional and caring. Patients said the practice provided a high‑quality service and that appointments were rarely cancelled. Some patients mentioned waiting longer than they would like for an appointment, but overall feedback remained positive. Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
