People’s experience
As part of our inspection we reviewed patient feedback from a number of sources. This included feedback posted on-line, feedback direct to the practice via patient surveys, and patient feedback in the form of compliments and complaints. Patients commented positively about the team, practice and treatment they received. Common feedback themes included the team were very helpful with nervous patients, helped put people at ease, were highly recommended, and were described as friendly, gentle, and thorough. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Patients commented that they felt confident that advice they were given helped them to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
