The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
People’s experience
We did not receive any feedback from patients via Give Feedback on Care. However, we observed a good rapport between the provider and patients. The provider used a number of routes to get feedback from patients. This included direct feedback during and after treatment and encouraging patients to complete online reviews. The provider shared the online reviews, which were positive. Comments included highly professional service, process explained clearly, warm, welcoming and friendly.
