People’s experience
Two weeks before our onsite assessment, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 93 patients. On the day of our assessment, we spoke with and saw patient feedback from a further 2 patients. Patient feedback provided a highly positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.
Comments included, ‘The dentist explains everything clearly, involves one in decisions and is responsive in emergencies. I trust them completely’ and ‘Very patient and professional. I have been seeing Adam for years, him and his staff they always go above and beyond to discuss your health concerns with your teeth with a smiley face.’
Another patient said, ‘A wonderful dental practice, service is always professional and welcoming - from receptionist, to hygienist to Adam the dentist, the team is great. Adam is possibly the best dentist I've had in my life, offering an excellent range of modern therapeutic dental options. The practice itself is also very pleasant, with beautiful paintings, a comfortable waiting room, as well as being spotlessly clean.’
Other patients told us, ‘I have been going to Adam Sapera for 20 years and the treatment I have received has always been exceptional’ and ‘Adam Sapera makes you feel totally at ease. A consummate professional in every department’.
The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
Staff gathered feedback from patients and demonstrated a commitment to acting on feedback.
Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
