People’s experience
People had an overall positive experience of care and the results from the National Patient Survey (2025) and the NHS Friends and Family Test May 2025 confirmed this. Feedback received from the Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) share your experience of care online forms was positive. We received comments highlighting the helpfulness of the staff and their care. The feedback received from the local Healthwatch in the London Borough of Hillingdon did not show any concerns about patients’ experience of care. We did not speak to any patients during the site visit as there were none present during the visit. The service could not confirm if there was an active Patient Participation Group (PPG) and no member of the PPG if any, spoke to the assessment team. The service informed CQC after the site visit that there was an active PPG but no evidence such as PPG meeting minutes was provided.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
