People’s experience
We reviewed patient feedback submitted through an online portal. Patients commented that the staff were friendly, and made patients feel at ease. Other reviews stated that the team were very professional and reassuring. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
