People’s experience
Two weeks before our onsite assessment, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 9 patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “Fantastic practice, amazing care, always going over and above to ensure we are fully satisfied! Thank you team at Bliss.” Another patient told us, “We always find them helpful, friendly and approachable. They make every effort to accommodate our needs - we wish all healthcare providers were like them.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. One patient said, “[the provider] is the most amazing dentist, always puts you at ease. The staff are all lovely. I've recommended lots of friends and family to the practice.” Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. One patient told us, “[name of dentist] is a very knowledgeable dentist, and he always makes sure that I am fully aware about my treatment, he explains everything in a way that everyone can understand.” Another patient said, “Fantastic use of technology. Great at explaining what is happening and why. High level of service.” Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
