People’s experience
Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We reviewed patient feedback we received, and feedback routinely obtained by the practice. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “The surgery is a pleasant, friendly place to come, and I have confidence in the staff,” and “I couldn’t have had a better experience here. Amazing service throughout this surgery.” Patients spoke highly of the quality of care they received, commenting, “I have always received excellent treatment and would happily recommend the surgery to everyone!” and “First class service always.” Patients also commented positively about the standards of cleanliness and said they felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs. They told us they had enough time during appointments and did not feel rushed. Patients said they were given clear information to help them make informed choices about their treatment and any associated costs and felt involved in decisions about their care. One patient commented, “Very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely dental practice. I have recommended to family and friends.” Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
