Ongoing Assessment for Winnersh

Assessment dated 3 July 2025. Published 27 February 2026.

What CQC reported

The service is not performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.

People’s experience

The service encouraged patients to leave online reviews and follow their social media accounts. They described how they monitored and responded to feedback received via social media and through direct channels. The service also carried out regular audits of patient satisfaction, with results generally improving between February and June 2025, reaching 87%. We did not speak directly with patients during this assessment. However, we received mixed feedback from a small number of patients. Some patients shared positive experiences, highlighting a smooth application process, timely and convenient service, professional and friendly staff, and feeling listened to and supported in their treatment. Whilst others expressed dissatisfaction, citing limited input from specialist doctors, dismissive attitudes from staff, and a lack of response to complaints. A few patients also reported confusion about the relationship between this service and Montu Pharmacy run by the same provider.

GP Patient Survey 2026

What registered patients reported

Practice-level results will appear when an ODS match is available.

No 2026 practice-level survey result is matched to this record yet. This can happen for non-GP services, closed or newly registered practices, or records without a matching NHS organisation code.

Survey percentages are weighted official statistics and describe the people who responded; they are not a Check My GP score or ranking. Results based on small numbers may be suppressed by the survey publisher.

Evidence, not a league table.

CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.

Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
