People’s experience
Prior to our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 7 patients. On the day of our inspection, we saw patient feedback from a further 128 patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “The care I have received there throughout the years has been exceptional and a testament to dentistry itself.” “The team are wonderful as a whole at making me feel comfortable and welcome but the treatment and clinical side are the best I've experienced.” “Provide clear explanations and advice going forward. Good service and friendly staff. Can't fault it. Even suggested other services without selling or being pushy.” “The clinic is spotless and has a calming atmosphere. Everything feels very safe, especially with their attention to hygiene and protocols. I cannot recommend this practice enough.” “This is the nicest dentist I have ever been to! They help you without judgement.” “From the moment I walk in, I'm always greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.” Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. Patients told us that when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
