People’s experience
On the day of our visit, we spoke with patients who commented that they were very happy with their care. They commented positively about the standards of cleanliness and kind and caring staff. The practice gathered feedback from patients, and they shared this feedback with the team. We saw that this was reviewed, discussed in team meetings, and put on display in the waiting area.
