People’s experience
Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “Daleys Dental Practice is a very professional, welcoming and clean practice that I’ve been using for 15+ years. I have only positives to say about this practice.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. “My care provided by the dentist and hygienist has been amazing in the last few years since I moved to this practice. Options are always given and explained well, and all staff are friendly and welcoming. During treatments, compassion is shown as they understand there may be some nerves and discomfort. A big shout out to Vicky and now Emma who greet you wonderfully when you arrive. The facilities are always spotless, too.” Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. “Visiting Daleys Dental Practice is always an all round brilliant experience. The reception staff always greet you with a smile you their face and are always very helpful. The dentist are absolute experts of their fields and take great care when treating!” Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
