People’s experience
Two weeks before our onsite assessment, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 44 patients. On the day of our assessment, we gathered patient feedback from a further 5 patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “Very professional all ranging services from the reception to the medical staff” and “The practice is amazing! All the staff are very helpful.” One patient told us, “The dentist is exceptional.” They felt that staff’s attention to detail and dedication had ensured that their dental health was at its best. Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. One patient told us that the practice is “very clean and hygienic and is very well maintained. It always looks and feels as if it is new every single time I come here.” Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. They were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs and were involved in decisions about their care. One patient told us, “My options are always clearly explained to me, with my dentist being honest and transparent at all times.” Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. When they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Staff at the practice were “caring professionals, who are truly valued in the community.” Many patients who gave us feedback had been patients at the practice for many years. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
