People’s experience
Two weeks before our on-site assessment, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. Between 5 August and 19 August 2024, we received feedback from 16 patients. All feedback was positive. Comments included, “Great friendly staff. Very knowledgeable clinicians. I'm very happy about my child's treatment. Highly recommend....” and “my dental treatment is ongoing with care and attention. I have and continue to be seen on time in a friendly and professional manner.” On the day of the onsite assessment, we received feedback from 8 patients. Their responses provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken. Staff gathered feedback from patients, the public and external partners and demonstrated a commitment to acting on feedback. Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness.
