People’s experience
Prior to our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. We received feedback from 5 patients. On the day of our inspection, we saw patient feedback from 24 patients, who had completed paper feedback forms. We also reviewed feedback from 162 patients which was collected by the practice in November 2025 Comments included: "The practice assistant was very accommodating and managed to get me an appointment at a short notice around my availability. The practice is easy to find and access, andI was informed about emergency appointments. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and communicated well throughout, I felt well looked after, respected. I was informed about my treatment as well as the overall cost for me to be able to make an informed decision. I would definitely continue to recommend this practice to others.” "My experience has been consistently excellent. My dentist is extremely professional, kind, and understanding. I have a long-standing dental phobia, and [my dentist] always puts me at ease with her gentle and reassuring approach.” "I have been a patient of this practice for many years. All the staff provide a 5-star service. It is difficult to express how rare it is to find a Dentist that takes the time to explain everything, including the costs and ‘what could go wrong’. I never feel pressured into treatment. [my hygienist] is very gentle but also thorough.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. “Waiting room was clean and relaxing.” Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. Patients said when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
