People’s experience
Two weeks before our inspection, we asked the practice to encourage patients to share their views of the service with us. The practice facilitated this by emailing their patients the feedback on care link to our website. We received feedback which was wholly positive from 93 patients. On the day of our inspection, we received patient feedback from a further 2 patients. Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “They provide a good service to their patients and you are made to feel welcome every time you attend an appointment” and “Treatment given is of a very high standard. They are always attentive and helpful.” Patients commented positively about the standards of cleanliness. Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed. Patients told us they were given clear information to help them make an informed choice about their treatment and any associated costs. They were involved in decisions about their care. They told us, “Polite professional service. Allowed to make an informed choice on treatment after clear precise information.” Patients told us that when they were prescribed medicines, sufficient information was given. Patients told us that they were supported to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources. They commented “All the service are very good quality. They are very polite from the reception to the dental doctors. They keep in touch with me all the time on the way to treatment. They talk to me about everything about treatment and oral hygiene.” The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.

Evidence, not a league table.
CQC findings and GP Patient Survey results answer different questions and may cover different time periods. Neither confirms current appointment availability, NHS acceptance, opening hours or whether a provider is suitable for you.
Check the provider’s own website and the complete official CQC record before making a decision. If you need urgent medical help, use NHS 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
Independent lookup: Check My GP is not affiliated with the CQC, NHS or this provider. Providers cannot pay to change their rating or position. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence; GP Patient Survey results are published by NHS England and Ipsos.
